Loomaama offers clothing, accessories and other textile products made from natural materials, including hand-knitted Himalayan nettle, also known as allo.

We aim to provide accurate descriptions, photographs, measurements and relevant information to help you make an informed purchase.

Handmade Characteristics

Many Loomaama pieces are made by hand using natural fibres.

Subtle differences in texture, fibre thickness, colour, stitch formation, measurements and finish may occur between individual pieces.

These characteristics reflect the nature of the materials and handmade production.

While we aim to represent our products accurately, normal handmade variations that are properly described or reasonably apparent from the product information are not necessarily faults.

However, genuine defects, damage or significant differences from the product description are not automatically considered natural variations.

Nothing in this section limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection laws.

Product Photography

We make reasonable efforts to display product colours, textures, patterns and details accurately.

As many Loomaama garments are hand-knitted, measurements may vary slightly between individual pieces.

Your rights relating to products that do not match their description or otherwise fail to meet applicable consumer guarantees remain unaffected.

Product prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD), unless another currency is expressly identified.

Any applicable shipping charges and other amounts payable to Loomaama will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

For eligible Australian orders of A$150 or more, we offer complimentary standard shipping in accordance with our Shipping & Returns Policy.

International orders may be subject to additional import duties, taxes or customs charges imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

We may update product prices from time to time. Price changes will not alter the agreed price of an order that has already been accepted, except where a change is agreed with the customer or required by law.

If we discover a pricing or listing error, we will address it in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and contact affected customers where necessary.

When you place an order through our website, you will be asked to provide the information necessary to process payment and arrange delivery.

We will not substitute a different product without your agreement.

Preorders & Made-to-Order Products

Where a product is offered for preorder or made to order, this will be clearly identified on the relevant product page.

The product information will explain the expected preparation or dispatch timeframe before purchase.

Preorder and made-to-order products may require additional preparation time.

Any special change-of-mind return conditions will be clearly communicated before purchase and will not affect statutory consumer rights.

We do not store complete payment card details on our website.

We deliver throughout Australia and to selected international destinations.

We aim to prepare and dispatch in-stock orders within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination, shipping service and any customs requirements.

For eligible Australian orders of A$150 or more, complimentary standard shipping is available.

For orders below this threshold and for international deliveries, applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to your email address.

If an order cannot be supplied within an agreed or otherwise reasonable time, we will work with you to provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request before dispatch.

However, changes or cancellations may not always be possible once an order has been prepared for shipment or dispatched.

If your order has already been dispatched, you may request a return in accordance with our Shipping & Returns Policy, where eligible.

Personalised and made-to-order products may have specific voluntary cancellation or change-of-mind conditions, which will be communicated before purchase.

Nothing in this section affects your rights to cancel an order or receive a remedy under applicable consumer protection laws.

We offer a 30-day voluntary change-of-mind return policy on eligible items, beginning from the date the order is received.

Customers must request a voluntary return within 30 calendar days of delivery.

Once a return has been authorised, the parcel must be sent within 14 calendar days in accordance with the return instructions provided.

Eligible returns must meet the conditions described in our Shipping & Returns Policy.

For voluntary change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return postage.

If an order originally qualified for complimentary standard shipping, we will not deduct the original standard shipping cost from an approved change-of-mind refund.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days after approval.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

These voluntary conditions do not restrict your statutory rights relating to faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed products.

Loomaama is committed to meeting its obligations under Australian Consumer Law.

These guarantees include requirements that products are of acceptable quality, match their descriptions and are fit for purposes covered by those guarantees.

Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy.

For a major failure, consumers generally have the right to choose between a refund and a replacement.

For a minor failure, we may have an opportunity to repair the product within a reasonable time.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

International customers may also have rights under consumer protection laws applicable in their country.

Natural fibres require appropriate care to preserve their texture, appearance and longevity.
