Himalayan nettle, also known as allo, is a naturally growing, rain-fed plant. Its fibres are traditionally extracted, prepared and spun into yarn before being transformed into textiles through skilled craftsmanship.
For Loomaama's first collection, the fibres are hand-spun into yarn and hand-knitted into clothing and accessories, revealing the material's distinctive texture and natural variations.
